Step 1: Who are you, what is your concern?
The process begins with you telling us what your initial situation is. Why are you considering medical treatment in Switzerland? What is your medical history? What has been done so far? This information is crucial for us to determine the perfect "matching result" - i.e. the best specialist and the best clinic for you and your medical case.

In this phase, we analyze the information we have received from you. We review your documents and ask you further questions about your planned treatment, but also about your wishes and requirements for your stay in Switzerland.

Depending on the planned treatment, different "skills", i.e. abilities and prerequisites, are of great importance.
What happens after that?
One thing is certain: we have found the right clinic and the right expert for you. In a personal meeting (remote), we will discuss the rest of the process, the general conditions of your stay and the dates. Your accommodation requirements. Are you traveling with your family? Should we organize the flight for you? What entry documents do you need?
If you wish, you don't have to worry about a thing.
You will need the following entry documents if you are entering the country from abroad:
EU and EFTA countries:
You do not need a visa for a stay in Switzerland of up to 90 days. A valid passport or identity card is sufficient.
Visa-free third countries (Schengen-exempt countries):
Citizens of a long list of third countries are exempt from the visa requirement for short stays (maximum 90 days within 180 days) for the entire Schengen area (including Switzerland).
Other countries (e.g. Russia):
Valid passport:
Must be valid for at least three months beyond the end of the planned stay in the Schengen area.
Must contain at least two blank pages for visa entries.
Schengen visa (type C): This visa entitles you to travel for tourism, to visit family/friends, short business trips or language stays.
Proof of the purpose of the trip:
Booking confirmations for flights and accommodation.
Invitation letter if applicable (when visiting relatives/friends).
Proof of financing: Documents proving that the trip and stay in Switzerland can be financed (e.g. bank statements).
Travel health insurance: A valid travel health insurance policy that is valid throughout the Schengen area and has a minimum cover of 30,000 euros for medical emergencies and repatriation costs.
Further documents: Completed application form, biometric passport photo.
Once everything is prepared, your medical journey can begin.
You get on the plane and leave the rest to us. We have booked one or more flights for you in advance in the class of your choice. We will pick you up at the airport.
